Audessence Launches Two New Products.

AM Processing and RDS Products On Show at SBES 2007

Audessence has announced two brand new additions to its product range, both aimed at professional broadcasters around the world.  The two new designs, will be shown for the first time at the UK Sound Broadcasting Equipment Show (SBES) in Birmingham, England, later this month.  The products are an AM Transmission Processor (AM PRO-1) and an RDS / RBDS Encoder (RDS PRO-1).

The Audessence AM PRO-1 AM Transmission Processor is a complete air-chain audio processing system for AM broadcasters. Featuring subtle, yet powerful AGC, as well as various features which brighten and clarify programme content.  The AM PRO-1 incorporates the latest Audessence NCDCS (Nyquist Compliant Digital Clipping System) which allows high intensity clipping in the digital domain, without resulting in unwanted aliasing distortion.  The AM PRO-1 design exceeds international broadcasting specifications and it suitable for use by AM broadcasters world-wide.

The Audessence RDS-PRO-1 is a fully featured RDS / RBDS encoder which delivers remotely controlled dynamic radio data via robust and reliable software control.  Simple to operate and including network features such as EON, the RDS-PRO-1 provides a flexible, cost-effective RDS / RBDS solution suitable for FM broadcasters around the globe.

Audessence Limited is a UK-based company launched earlier this year with a focus on providing high quality digital audio levelling and control products.  Alongside these designs, the company's research and development effort has focused on broadening its range of equipment to include additional specialist products, initially in the broadcasting field.  More new products will be launched over the coming months.
