To users of the world-renowned Inovonics Omega_FM Digital airchain processor, Audessence is delighted to offer assistance with interfacing, setup and remote control, as well as crafting formats for specific applications.  We are expert in remote control of these units whether it be by dial-up modem, internet, daypart, or via the auxiliary COM port of a digital codec.

An efficient and competitively-priced repair and maintenance service is also available.  Besides carrying an extensive range of spare parts for the Omega_FM in the UK, we are further qualified to provide all support services following years of experience working in professional broadcast audio, including extensive collaboration with U.S. manufacturer Inovonics Inc working on Omega_FM.  Whether your requirement is for a spare fan, an Inovonics digital or analog interface board, all the way to a complete diagnosis and new mother-board, we have the spare parts in stock right here in the UK.

Clients needing service or assistance are advised to contact us in the first instance to obtain a
Returns Number so we can process your unit more efficiently.

Enquiries of a technical nature should be made by email in the first instance.

Equipment should be shipped to Audessence in secure packaging – we cannot be held responsible for damage to equipment in transit and charges will be made for any repackaging found necessary for returning the repaired unit safely to you.

Please be aware when requesting a repair we will firstly diagnose the problem; then provide an estimate for your approval before undertaking the repair. In the event the client does not accept the estimate we reserve the right to bill for the time spent undertaking the diagnosis plus the charges for courier return and insurance.
