Press Release # 09/07

21st September 2007

Audessence IBC Show Success.

ALPS and PodBlaster Products Attract Interest in Amsterdam.

Showing products at IBC for the first time, Audessence directors are delighted with the interest shown in their audio levelling products.  Demonstrated in Hall 8 on the stand of UK Audessence distributors, Westcountry Broadcast, the company's products were also in use as part of a demonstration set-up in Hall 1 on the IDC / PROFline stand.

According to Westcountry Broadcast Managing Director, Nick Beer "a wide range of broadcasters and systems integrators took the time to examine the Audessence PodBlaster, ALPS-1 and ALPS-2 units we had working on the stand, and, over the coming months,  we'll be working with Audessence to provide demonstrations and evaluation equipment in a number of markets as a direct result of IBC".

Audessence Managing Director, Martin Spencer, added: "This year's IBC was a chance to gauge the potential impact of our new product range across a range of markets.  More importantly, it gave us an excellent opportunity to discuss potential product development priorities and to get direct feedback from potential end-users concerning the range of equipment we already offer".

Future Outings:
Following on from IBC, Audessence Directors, Martin Spencer and Lawrie Hallett will both be attending the Nordic Sound Symposium in Bolkesjų, Norway at the end of the month.  Audessence products will be available for demonstration courtesy of Norwegian broadcast audio specialists, Seemix Sound.   Thereafter, the company will be exhibiting in its own right on Stand 14 at the forthcoming SBES (Sound Broadcasting Equipment Show) in Birmingham on Wednesday and Thursday the 14th and 15th of November 2007.
